This is a banner made specifically for the Liturgical component of the Sacred Threads exhibit, and by the exhibit's specifications, the banner had to measure 24 by 60 inches.

Prints are available of this banner, email me at Christina.onebobbin@gmail.com

American Shad

American Shad

This was my first art quilt, and it was juried into the SAQA Local Color exhibit.  It has toured the state of Connecticut, and was chosen to go on a special trip to Atlanta.

From the Langston Hughes poem, Harlem.

I am not deferring my dreams.

Self Portrait a la Edward Hopper

Self Portrait a la Edward Hopper

Out of all the steps of production - planning, cutting, choosing, I am most comfortable and happy at the sewing machine.

This piece is about 5 by 8 inches.

Elephant

Given grey fabrics to work with, I had to make a pink elephant.
